Job summary

ACS Performance seeks a highly commercial Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO and shape the finance function for a rapidly scaling technology-led business. You will own budgeting, forecasting and FP&A, while influencing pricing and strategic initiatives with the leadership team.

You'll build analytics capabilities using modern finance tech, deliver board-ready reporting, and lead a growing finance team in a hybrid Croydon-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience as CFO, Finance Director or Head of Finance within a growth business.
• Proven ability to build and lead FP&A, budgeting and forecasting functions.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at Board level.

Responsibilities

• Act as the CEO's key partner across financial, commercial and strategic matters.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and FP&A and develop forward-looking reporting.
• Drive pricing, investment decisions and strategic initiatives with the CEO and leadership.
