Job summary

Unilever in Kingston is seeking a Customer Business Manager (approx. 12 month maternity cover) to lead UK customer relationships, manage a team of CAMs and drive strategic plans.

You will own financial performance, develop joint business plans, and collaborate with BU leads, Category Managers and Shopper Marketing to deliver growth across Food, B&W, Homecare and Personal Care. Qualifications

• Customer management experience and selling essentials; CAM experience preferred.
• Ability to build and leverage large customer relationships.
• Experience creating and delivering Joint Business Plans (JBP).
• Proven track record of leading teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in Category Management and Customer Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong senior level relationships with internal BU leads and external customers.
• Ensure commercial, customer service and finance issues are resolved efficiently.
• Own the Unilever–Customer relationship across all categories and be the face of Unilever UK.
• Lead customer strategy development and major customer and category initiatives.
• Lead development and deployment of the customer strategic business plan with BU/category teams.
• Lead category strategy and insight with respective BU and Category teams.
• Oversee trade-offs and profitability discussions within area.
• Coordinate in-store activation events with Customer Marketing Managers.
• Lead range and merchandising reviews and drive growth initiatives across channels.
