Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Category & Sourcing Manager to lead supplier and category management across key spend areas. Based in the UK with hybrid working, you will influence commercial outcomes and support cost-to-income targets for Santander UK and group entities.

You will bring a proven track record in global procurement, manage complex contracts, and contribute to financial planning while operating in a regulated financial services environment. English language required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in category management within a global procurement organisation.
• Experience managing complex contracts and sourcing activity.
• Experience contributing to financial planning and budget management.
• Experience within financial services or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier management, category management and sourcing activity.
• Support Santander UK and associated group entities in achieving cost-to-income targets.
• Act as trusted advisor and enable optimal commercial outcomes.
