Encirc Ltd seeks a Category Manager to lead procurement across designated categories, shaping strategy and driving supplier partnerships. The role involves negotiating contracts, managing performance against KPIs and guiding a category team to meet production needs at Derrylin or Elton sites.

With a background in manufacturing procurement and strong negotiation skills, you will implement best-value strategies and leverage ERP experience, particularly SAP, to optimise cost and supply reliability.

Qualifications

• Degree level or professional qualification in procurement / supply chain.
• Proven purchasing experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience of developing and implementing best value strategies.
• Strong negotiating skills in a fast-paced matrix organisation.
• Experience of ERP systems (SAP) and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Manage and lead overall procurement activities in the relevant category.
• Develop and advance Encirc's procurement strategy and supplier relationships.
• Negotiate contractual and commercial agreements with suppliers and manage supplier performance against KPIs.
• Oversee the category team and ensure materials are delivered to sites to satisfy production demand.
