Job summary

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Category Manager - Business Services to lead the development and delivery of category strategies across corporate and operational services. You will own a range of Business Services categories, drive savings, manage supplier performance, and negotiate terms with key partners across Finance, Legal, IT and Clinical teams.

You will build robust business cases, manage sourcing pipelines, and oversee contract governance to ensure value delivery and risk mitigation

Qualifications

• Strong category management and strategic sourcing experience.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
• Experience delivering cost savings and value through procurement.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead category strategy and commercial delivery across the Business Services portfolio.
• Deliver measurable savings and value while maintaining service quality.
• Lead sourcing, contracting and supplier management in line with governance.
