Job summary

Elysium Healthcare Limited is seeking a Category Manager - Business Services to lead category strategies across corporate and operational services. You will drive savings, supplier performance, and governance while partnering with Finance, Legal, IT and Clinical teams to deliver measurable value from third-party expenditure.

You’ll own end-to-end sourcing, tendering and negotiations, building business cases and managing supplier relationships to support service quality and operational

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of category management, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement best practice.
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify savings opportunities and deliver value.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse spend data and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead category strategy and commercial delivery across the Business Services portfolio.
• Deliver measurable savings, cost avoidance and wider value while protecting service quality.
• Lead sourcing, contracting and supplier management in line with governance requirements.
• Provide trusted commercial advice and build effective relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Maintain clear reporting, controls and audit trails for category activity, contracts, risks and benefits.
