King Harold Academy (part of TKAT) in Waltham Abbey, Essex, is seeking a Careers & Ambition Lead to transform our whole-school careers landscape. This hybrid, strategic role combines high-level guidance with 1:1 mentorship and coordinates elite work-related opportunities.

We invest in potential with advanced training tracks toward the Level 6 Careers Diploma, and expect a growth-oriented leader who can foster partnerships with local businesses, supporting social mobility and staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-level careers guidance across KS3 and KS4.
• Ability to build premium partnerships with local businesses.
• Strategic and people leadership skills.
