King Harold Academy seeks a Careers & Ambition Lead to transform our whole-school careers landscape. This hybrid role blends strategic culture development with high-level guidance and elite work-related opportunities for KS3 and KS4 students.

You will build premier partnerships with local businesses, deliver 1:1 coaching, and drive social mobility while developing your professional practice through advanced training, including pathways toward the Level 6 Careers Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of the school's careers landscape across KS3 and KS4.

• Coordinate premier work-related learning opportunities and partnerships with local businesses.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to raise aspirations and outcomes for pupils.
