Job summary

KAEFER UK & Ireland is seeking a Buyer to join our Supply Chain Team at the Head Office in Newcastle. You will procure goods and services to support operations, manage purchase orders, and coordinate with multiple site teams to ensure reliable service delivery.

Bring strong communication, organisation, and data accuracy to drive efficient procurement processes in a fast-paced environment. This role requires experience with MRP/ERP systems and previous supply chain exposure.

• Previous experience in a similar Supply Chain role.

Responsibilities

• Raise PORs for goods and services ensuring approval in line with DOA.
• Expedite PORs to ensure lead times are met.
• Issue RFQs
• Invoice query resolution.
• Engage with key stakeholders across the business to develop relationships, understand requirements and project pipeline.
• Be a champion for the function, providing guidance and support to site teams for all aspects of supply chain.
