Niche Recruitment Ltd is seeking a detail-driven Buyer for a fast-growing British EV manufacturer. You will own the MRP system, manage purchase orders across Europe and Asia, and expedite components to keep production on schedule.

Responsibilities include managing imports, supporting engineering changes, and exploring smarter ways of working, including AI tools, to improve efficiency in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• Hands-on MRP/ERP experience in a manufacturing environment driving planning data.
• Proven experience expediting overseas suppliers and managing imports including customs.
• Strong eye for detail and accuracy under pace.

Responsabilidades

• Owning the MRP system and keeping data accurate for planning across functions.
• Raising and managing purchase orders across Europe and Asia.
• Expediting components to meet production schedules and resolving issues.
• Managing imports from start to finish including freight and customs clearance.
• Supporting engineering changes with the engineering team.
• Handling some indirect purchasing and process improvements including AI tools.
