Job summary

Outsource UK is seeking an Operational Buyer in Clevedon to join a leading engineering and manufacturing business. You will manage supplier performance, raise POs, and support production needs, ensuring materials are delivered on time, to cost, and to quality standards.

The role requires 2+ years in purchasing, strong negotiation and supplier management skills, and experience in manufacturing or engineering environments. Knowledge of NPI or continuous improvement projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Purchasing or Buying role.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Ability to manage supplier performance and resolve supply issues.
• Experience with NPI, sourcing, or continuous improvement projects is beneficial.
