Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is seeking a senior Business Manager to support the Chief Operating Officer and senior executives in delivering operational priorities across the board. The role coordinates day-to-day business of the COO's Office, ensuring objectives, plans and performance targets are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EPRR and operational support during escalation, in line with Health Board policy.
• Connect site teams, Care Groups and the COO Directorate, communicating escalation intelligence to senior leaders.
• Resolve issues before escalation to the Chief Operating Officer.
• Support winter, adverse weather and emergency planning.
• Monitor operational risks, pressures and mitigating actions.
• Lead executive governance, meetings, action tracking and assurance reporting.
• Support planning, performance management and strategic programmes.
• Produce reports, briefings and presentations for senior forums.
• Lead or support complex projects and service improvements.
• Build relationships with senior leaders, Care Groups and corporate departments.
• Manage priorities and provide constructive challenge against agreed timescales.
