Easyfairs’ Empack brand is seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager to drive global growth and regional execution across Europe. You will partner with Group leadership and regional teams to sharpen the brand and convert insights into action plans.
You will lead cross-location strategy, foster content innovation, and manage key accounts while exploring new launches and synergies with other Easyfairs brands, travelling to events as needed.

Your mission:
As Strategic Business Development Manager for Empack, you are the growth engine and global ambassador of the brand. Spanning from global brand strategy to regional execution, you’ll work with Group leadership and regional teams across Europe; you’ll keep the concept sharp and relevant, spot what holds growth back locally, and turn that into practical action plans. You represent and commercialise Empack towards key actors of the international packaging community.
