A leading global law firm in London is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its Marketing & Business Development team, supporting its Real Estate, Tax and Employment practices across the EMEA region.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious BD professional to gain broad exposure to strategic, client-facing and profile-raising activity while working closely with partners, senior stakeholders and colleagues across the global business.

Qualifications

• Graduate-calibre BD or marketing professional
• Experience in business development, marketing or communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience writing bids, pitches or sales-focused content
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Proactive, collaborative and commercially minded
• Confidence to take ownership and build relationships with senior stakeholders
• CIM qualification desirable

Responsibilities

• Develop bids, pitches, credentials, presentations and client-facing content
• Support business plans, campaigns, client development and profile-raising initiatives
• Coordinate events, directory submissions and award entries
• Managing and maintaining marketing materials and budgets, including ROI reporting
• Build strong relationships with partners, lawyers and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with specialist teams across BD, bids, events, design, digital and marketing services
• Share best practice and contribute to wider EMEA and global initiatives
