Job summary

MorePeople is partnering with a Northamptonshire based food manufacturer to recruit their next Business Analyst. The role is central to evaluating business operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the delivery of technology and process driven solutions.

The successful candidate will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are accurately captured, clearly documented, and translated into effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Business Analyst experience in manufacturing.
• Strong ability to map and model business processes.
• Experience documenting requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with ERP/IT infra or digital transformation; exposure to Microsoft Business Central is nice.
• SQL and data visualization skills with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather and define business requirements with stakeholders.
• Analyse processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Create high-quality BRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria with traceability.
• Collaborate with IT teams and third-party developers through the project lifecycle.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
