Job summary

DEVI TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED in Birmingham is seeking a Business Analyst to analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement. You will gather requirements from management and internal stakeholders, and collect and analyse data to support decision-making.

You will develop and maintain process maps and SOPs, monitor KPIs, and prepare reports and recommendations for senior management. Hybrid working options are available.

Qualifications

• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Gather, document and evaluate business requirements from management and internal stakeholders.
• Collect, interpret and analyse operational, financial and business data to support decision-making.
• Prepare business reports, performance analyses and recommendations for senior management.
• Develop and maintain business process maps, workflow documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support the planning, implementation and monitoring of business improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.
• Present analytical findings and business recommendations to management.
• Assist management with strategic planning and organisational development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
