Job summary

Qualifications

• Implement company aims and establish strategic goals by gathering business, financial, service and operational data.
• Manage budgets by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
• Develop business opportunities and market services by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
• Provide support and supervision to employees to recruit needed skills and maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate job expectations and assist with performance appraisals, planning and disciplinary actions.

• Communicate effectively and oversee team administration operations.

• Undertake other duties as required by the Board.
• Stay conversant with legislation and CPD events/workshops.
• Ensure records and filing meet Quality Procedures and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities
