Ryder Reid in London is seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to shape and drive a best-in-class bids, pitches and proposals function within a leading professional services environment. This high-visibility role will own end-to-end delivery of strategic, high-value proposals and panel tenders, while building infrastructure, templates and processes to support long-term growth.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across BD, Brand and Finance, track win rates and proposal

Qualifications

• Experience in bids, proposals or business development within legal or professional services.
• Strong proposal writing and project management skills.
• Experience building bid infrastructure and processes.
• Commercially minded with exceptional attention to detail.
• Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex bids, pitches, proposals and RFP responses.
• Build and manage a centralised proposal and credentials library.
• Develop pitch templates, playbooks and bid processes.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders, BD, Brand and Finance teams.
• Track win rates, pipeline activity and proposal performance.
• Drive continuous improvement through post-pitch reviews and market insight.
