Pegasus Zero is recruiting a Business Development Manager to spearhead decarbonisation and energy solutions across public and private sector clients in the UK. The role focuses on identifying, developing and securing major opportunities with NHS trusts, local authorities, universities and other public bodies.

• Proven track record of winning new business and developing long-term client relationships.
• Experience selling complex technical or project-based solutions.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across public and private sector organisations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, framework providers and decision-makers.
• Generate opportunities across Solar PV and wider energy efficiency technologies.
• Manage opportunities from initial engagement through to contract award.
• Work collaboratively with estimating, technical and operational teams to develop winning proposals.
• Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities and client meetings.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities and accurately forecast sales activity.
• Stay informed of market trends, funding opportunities and developments within the decarbonisation sector.
