Last Mile is seeking a Business Development Manager for North England on a maternity cover basis (6-9 months). You will identify key decision makers in housebuilders, master developers and consultants, build trusted relationships and convert opportunities into secured plots, working with design and estimating teams to shape compelling proposals and secure assets for Last Mile.

This is a technical B2B sales role requiring cross-functional collaboration across commercial, design and delivery
