- Experience in senior leadership within a school context.
- Commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing of students.
- Proven ability to coach and develop staff and drive improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership as part of the senior leadership team.
- Lead and promote high-quality teaching, learning and inclusive practice across the academy.
- Support, coach and develop staff through professional development and effective line management.
- Monitor student progress, behaviour and attendance, using data to drive improvement.
- Promote high expectations, safeguarding and wellbeing for all students.
- Collaborate with parents, governors and external agencies to support student achievement.
- Contribute to the day-to-day leadership and running of the academy.
- Be a positive role model and ambassador for the academy.
