Job summary

Cedar Children's Academy is seeking an experienced senior leader to join us as Assistant Headteacher, driving the strategic and day-to-day leadership of our school and contributing to our community's ongoing development. You will uphold our high expectations and promote an inclusive ethos that supports excellent pupil welfare and outcomes.

You will work with the Senior Leadership Team, uphold safeguarding standards, and contribute across multiple schools within the trust.

• Commitment to pupil welfare, safeguarding and high behaviour standards.

Responsibilities

• Champion the School's vision and values.
• Collaborate on development and implementation of aims and priorities.
• Lead and manage staff and resources to maximise impact.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on school performance and pupil outcomes.
• Deputise for the Headteacher when required.
• Support cross-hub working across multiple schools as part of the trust.
