Job summary

ELEVATE PROJECTS LTD is seeking a senior Head of Assets to provide strategic leadership across the asset management function and to ensure the portfolio is managed effectively, sustainably and in line with organisational priorities.

You will shape long-term investment strategy, lead major works, and ensure data-driven decisions with robust financial analysis and asset information. Strong leadership and governance across programmes are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading asset management and investment functions.
• Experience in complex property, housing, or public sector environments.
• Professional qualification such as RICS or CIH would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous review of Asset Management Strategy and Plans.
• Oversee investment programmes, major works and capital projects within budgets and timelines.
• Provide governance and oversight across asset management activity and investment decisions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing asset management and investment team, reporting to senior management.
