Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking an Asset Manager in Nottingham to own engineering assets across the estate, using asset data, lifecycle planning and technical insight to improve performance and inform future investment.

You will maintain asset registers, develop replacement plans, assess condition and criticality, analyze performance, and contribute to CAPEX forecasts. Strong communication and CAFM/CMMS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management, building services or facilities management.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle and maintenance strategies.
• Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems and asset data.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and operational risk.
• Ability to translate technical information into investment recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate asset registers and data.
• Developing lifecycle replacement plans and Forward Maintenance Registers (FMRs).
• Completing condition and criticality assessments.
• Analysing asset performance, reliability and compliance.
• Producing capital expenditure forecasts and investment recommendations.
• Managing asset information through CAFM/CMMS systems.
• Working with engineering and project teams to improve asset performance and mitigate operational risk.
• Supporting continuous improvement through predictive and reliability-centred maintenance.
