CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to take ownership of engineering assets across the estate, using asset data, lifecycle planning and technical insight to improve performance, manage risk and influence future investment.

You will be responsible for maintaining asset registers, developing replacement plans and FMRs, and providing investment recommendations based on data and analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management, building services or facilities management.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and operational risk.
• Ability to turn technical information into clear investment recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining accurate asset registers and data.
• Developing lifecycle replacement plans and Forward Maintenance Registers (FMRs).
• Completing condition and criticality assessments.
• Analysing asset performance, reliability and compliance.
• Producing capital expenditure forecasts and investment recommendations.
• Managing asset information through CAFM/CMMS systems.
• Working with engineering and project teams to improve asset performance and mitigate operational risk.
• Supporting continuous improvement through predictive and reliability-centred maintenance.
