Job summary

LiveWest Homes Limited is seeking a Strategic Asset Appraisal Manager to lead the asset appraisal function, driving data-driven investment decisions for existing homes and new affordable housing. The role balances commercial considerations with social purpose, keeping customers at the center of decisions.

You will lead detailed appraisals, develop robust business cases, and collaborate across Development, Regeneration and Housing teams from our Exeter office in a hybrid arrangement.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and change management capabilities.
• Ability to interpret property condition and its impact on long-term asset performance.
• Experience with valuations, costs and funding to assess options.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset appraisal with rigorous business cases for regeneration, investment or disposal.
• Improve asset appraisal and land optimisation processes.
• Collaborate with Development, Regeneration, and New Business to shape the development plan.
• Support decant planning and risk mitigation with other teams.
• Engage with local authorities and partners to build credible plans.
