LiveWest Homes Limited seeks a Strategic Asset Appraisal Manager to lead our asset appraisal function and support investment decisions for high-quality homes and planned affordable housing. You will combine analysis with leadership, balancing commercial factors and social purpose, centring customers in decisions.

The role requires collaboration with Development, Regeneration and cross-functional teams, delivering robust business cases and continuous improvements in appraisal processes.

• Strong leadership skills to guide teams through change with clarity and energy.
• Ability to interpret property condition and archetypal data and its impact on asset performance.
• Experience with valuations, costs and funding to assess options and value.
• Ability to translate affordability, demand, management and sustainability into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to simplify complex information.
• Ability to challenge constructively and build cross-team commitment.

Mansioni

• Strengthen how we measure property performance across physical, financial, strategic, legal and regulatory factors.
• Analyse portfolio information to identify patterns, test assumptions and make investment/divestment recommendations.
• Lead detailed appraisals of schemes, clusters and blocks with robust business cases for regeneration or disposal.
• Lead and improve property appraisal and land optimisation processes.
• Collaborate with Development and Regeneration teams to shape the development plan.
• Support decant plans and reduce rent loss with Housing and Empty Homes teams.
• Build trusted relationships with local authorities and strategic partners.
• Provide hands-on leadership to deliver positive change.
