Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service is seeking an Area Manager to lead strategic initiatives, drive improvement, and shape the service’s culture across Gloucestershire. As a member of the Strategic Leadership Team, you will inspire teams, align operations with policy, and deliver safer communities through visible leadership.

You should bring Incident Command Level 3 and a track record of leading change, strong people and stakeholder management, and commercial and financial awareness.

Qualifications

• Incident Command Level 3 (or equivalent) and willingness to achieve Level 4.
