• Experience delivering strategy, transformation, analytics or consulting projects from diagnosis through to recommendations and implementation.
• Strong commercial and analytical judgement including business cases, financial analysis, market sizing or scenario modelling.
• Confident programme leadership with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, dependencies and delivery risks.
• Clear and influential communication turning evidence into succinct recommendations for senior audiences.
• Effective stakeholder management with cross-functional collaboration.
