Job summary

Foundation Health is building an AI-native pharmacy infrastructure and seeking a versatile generalist to partner with the BizOps Director and senior leadership. You’ll drive problem framing through to delivery, shape the roadmap, and own cross-functional initiatives in a fast-growing startup environment.

You’ll handle strategic projects, procurement, contracts, pricing, partnerships, and InfoSec/compliance, with an eye toward scalable processes and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology, AI, data, or engineering-focused consulting environments.
• Broad project history across delivery, business analysis, product, and engineering-adjacent work.
• High agency and ability to lead without instructions.
• Comfort with pace, ambiguity, and regulated industries experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic projects from framing to implementation while informing the roadmap.
• Procurement and vendor management for tools and services used by the company.
• Contracts and legal support for RFIs, RFPs and major US health-system bids.
• Pricing understanding and modeling with tiered usage-based structure.
• Commercial and partnerships support, client onboarding, and collateral development.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, CX, product, and design.
• InfoSec and compliance in HIPAA-regulated, SOC 2 environment.
