Qualifications

• Proven experience managing an affiliate program in DTC/eCommerce.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, MER, AOV metrics.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and tracking issues.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of affiliate network partners.
• Build and maintain affiliate performance dashboard/report.
• Regularly audit affiliate traffic and promotions for brand fit.
