Job summary

Eaton is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end procurement for assigned commodities on a defence site. The role involves coordinating with IP and non-IP vendors, ensuring on-time delivery, and driving supplier development and performance improvements.

The successful candidate will have CIPS qualification and at least 5 years in procurement within aerospace or manufacturing environments, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years procurement experience.
• Experience in supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Procure and coordinate end-to-end procurement activities for assigned commodities.
• Manage supplier relationships to optimize quality, cost, delivery and reliability.
• Lead supplier selection and tactical improvements in line with policy.
• Ensure purchase orders align with demand and production schedules.
• Communicate engineering, IP, and schedule changes to suppliers and internal teams.
• Develop market and supplier profiles and monitor supplier performance.
