Job summary

Capgemini UK ADM Centre of Excellence seeks a Senior Solution Director to shape and lead complex Managed Service solutions that enable client transformation and measurable outcomes. You will work across sales, delivery, and strategy, leveraging AI, GenAI, Cloud, and automation to craft differentiated propositions.

You will engage CxOs, develop operating models and roadmaps, and lead solution workstreams through large bids, balancing client value with commercial and risk considerations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to engage and influence CxO-level stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in designing and leading complex ADM Managed Service solutions.
• Strong understanding of ADM, AI, Agile, DevOps, and Cloud.
• Excellent storytelling, proposal writing, and workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead early-stage client engagement and opportunity shaping discussions.
• Design and lead complex Managed Service solutions across AI, cloud, automation, and operations.
• Support market-facing offers and go-to-market propositions.
• Coordinate with Market Units to qualify and progress opportunities and bids.
• Engage senior stakeholders with executive-level workshops and presentations.
• Craft persuasive narratives and collateral to communicate value and outcomes.
