The Strategic Account Manager will lead growth, renewal, and expansion efforts across a portfolio of :25 high-value enterprise customers. In this highly collaborative and strategic role, you’ll own key relationships, drive adoption and outcomes, and act as the central point of accountability for customer health, revenue performance, and long-term success.

Success in this role means you are deeply attuned to customer health, have a sharp eye on expansion opportunities—especially as they relate to Agentic AI, and consistently deliver measurable business impact through close alignment with Services, Support, and Customer Success teams.

What You Will Do

Customer Ownership & Growth

  • Act as the primary commercial owner for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Drive retention, upsell, and expansion strategies with full accountability for revenue outcomes.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle for inbound and expansion opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships with decision makers and key stakeholders.
  • Create detailed and actionable account plans focused on outcomes, growth, and health.
  • Forecast renewals and expansions accurately; own pricing, licensing, and quote execution.
  • Drive adoption and value realization of Resilinc solutions across departments and business units.


AI-Forward Expansion Strategy

  • Proactively identify and close opportunities related to Agentic AI adoption.
  • Articulate how AI capabilities drive business outcomes in supply chain risk, compliance, and analytics.
  • Educate and align customer stakeholders on emerging AI features and product roadmaps.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work hand-in-hand with Customer Success, Support, and Services teams to align around: Customer lifecycle ownership, expansion and renewal plays, and health tracking and proactive risk mitigation
  • Participate in internal and external QBRs, elevating customer feedback to product and leadership.
  • Serve as the Voice of the Customer, ensuring product direction aligns with enterprise needs.


Customer Engagement & Enablement

  • Drive greater customer self-sufficiency by leveraging and promoting support and help resources.
  • Guide customers toward best practices, maturity, and scalable adoption patterns.
  • Inspire customer advocacy and referenceability by delivering high-impact outcomes.


What You Will Bring

  • 3+ years of experience as an enterprise SaaS Account Manager or quota-carrying Customer Success Manager.
  • Proven track record driving renewals, upsells, and expansions, especially in multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong background in supply chain or adjacent solutions, such as risk or compliance analytics or commodities-related domains.
  • Deep experience with enterprise supply chain organizations to identify key decision-makers, influence stakeholder strategies, and drive alignment across complex ecosystems to accelerate customer value and account expansion.
  • High level of AI fluency—can confidently communicate value propositions around AI capabilities.
  • Skilled in forecasting, deal structuring, and negotiation.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities independently in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and contract quoting systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
