At Person Centred Software, we are transforming health and social care through our innovative digital solutions. As a Strategic Account Manager (SAM), you will manage a portfolio of 35–40 key accounts, each with an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of £20K+. Your main goal will be to drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) by building strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and exploring expansion opportunities. The role requires regular travel for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and onsite meetings to engage with customers and provide excellent service.

What You'll Do:

  1. Manage a portfolio of 35–40 key accounts, focusing on retention and satisfaction
  2. Conduct quarterly onsite visits to strengthen relationships and ensure value realization
  3. Develop account plans aligned with customer goals and our solutions
  4. Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales
  5. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess goals and identify expansion opportunities
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  7. Utilize customer health metrics and usage data to drive engagement and retention strategies

What You'll Bring:

  1. Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles within Healthcare SaaS or Care Home Management Software companies
  2. Strong understanding of customer retention, expansion, and revenue growth strategies
  3. Experience conducting QBRs, onsite meetings, and engaging with executive stakeholders
  4. Ability to analyze data insights and leading indicators to develop proactive account strategies
  5. Excellent relationship-building and consultative skills
  6. Strong communication and presentation abilities
  7. Willingness to travel approximately 50% for onsite customer visits (expenses reimbursed)
  8. Familiarity with account management tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, or HubSpot is a plus
