Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Transaction Operations to manage the daily operations of a large reinsurance portfolio, including contract administration, collateral, and investor reporting.

You will lead a team, oversee trust and reinsurance agreements, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize deal flow and reporting accuracy across Artex Capital Solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of IFRS and GAAP in insurance and investment accounting.
• Strong communication and client service orientation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of a large reinsurance portfolio.
• Manage collateral, trust accounting, and investor reporting.
• Draft, review and record reinsurance and trust agreements in systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams, brokers and investors for deal flow.
