About the role
This is not a traditional account or project management role. You’ll oversee resource allocation, strategic execution, and client success, ensuring projects align with business objectives and deliver impact.
You’ll matchmake strategists to projects, translate objectives into roadmaps, allocate resources, and oversee execution. You’ll proactively identify growth opportunities and strengthen relationships.
Working closely with a Head of Marketing, Strategic Partners, and Delivery Partner Network, you'll ensure projects deliver measurable, business-driven results.
Acting as a key relationship owner, you'll guide clients towards strategic growth and foster long-term partnerships.
The skills you’ll need
• 4+ years experience in account management, resource management, or strategic project management, ideally within a creative, brand, or innovation agency.
• A strategic mindset to translate business challenges into plans and oversee execution.
• Experience developing detailed project plans, defining scopes, and setting milestones.
• Ability to understand client needs, translate them into actionable briefs, and contribute to client satisfaction and retention.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, confident working with C-suite executives, founders, and investors.
• Experience managing external consultants or distributed teams.
• A proactive approach to identify opportunities, problem-solve, and add value.
• Ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution to ensure strategy and delivery align.
