Commercial Recruitment is seeking a Content Creator to plan and produce engaging digital content across multiple channels, including the website, emails, podcasts, and social media. You will work with marketing teams to grow membership and audience reach, ensuring content stays on brand and resonates with target segments.

You should bring hands-on experience with social media, Canva, Photoshop, videography, and editing, plus a data-driven approach to measure impact and iterate content strategy.

• Plan, create and edit a variety of content to entertain, inform and inspire customers.
• Strong creative and technical skills with hands-on experience in social media, Canva, Photoshop, videography and editing.
• Data minded and audience focused; use insights to understand what content resonates with different audience segments.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high quality across every platform.

Responsabilités

• Commission and deliver editorial, graphics and video content across all social media platforms.
• Plan and produce website content that supports membership and audience growth targets.
• Deliver content for newsletters and campaigns to strengthen audience engagement and fuel growth.
• Own the podcast strategy and delivery, identifying opportunities to grow its audience.
• Cultivate relationships across the industry, identifying opportunities to work with influencers and ambassadors who align with the brand.
• Align all content with the brand, acting as a brand guardian to develop content that is consistent and elevates brand identity.
