Job summary

ACS International School Cobham is seeking a creative Social Media & Content Manager to lead storytelling across three campuses. You will own the social calendar, create engaging formats, and guide campus teams in capturing impactful narratives while aligning with the central Marketing strategy.

The role requires a mix of creativity and data-driven decision making, with responsibilities spanning content creation, platform optimization and cross-campus collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and growing an audience, either professionally or through personal channels.
• Strong understanding of what earns attention, engages audiences and keeps viewers watching.
• Confident using analytics and performance data to inform content decisions.
• Working knowledge of website CMS platforms, ideally WordPress.
• Good understanding of SEO and how content supports search visibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly social media content calendar with campus Marketing Managers, identifying stories to tell.
• Develop new content formats and series to engage audiences across ACS schools.
• Capture and create content on campuses across three sites.
• Create and edit short-form vertical video, photography, graphics and social-first content.
• Coordinate with Digital Marketing Manager on both organic and paid campaigns.
• Adapt content for different platforms while preserving each school's character.
• Own day-to-day management of ACS social channels including copywriting, scheduling and engagement.
• Coach campus teams on effective content capture and storytelling.
