Position: Utility Construction Foreman (Stormwater)

Industry: Operational Services, Stormwater

Location: Fort Collins, CO

Schedule: Full-Time, 40-55 hours per week (Monday - Friday, overtime opportunities)

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00+ an hour depending on experience

Travel: Required (typically 85% per month) - Lodging expenses covered, $68 per diem, and company vehicle provided for travel.

What you'll do:

• Construct and Repair Critical Stormwater Infrastructure: Work on essential underground utilities, concrete structures, and stormwater basins across the central states, ensuring communities are safe and resilient.
• Operate Advanced Construction Equipment: Utilize a range of tools, from hand-held and power tools to heavy machinery like skid loaders, excavators, and dozers, showcasing your technical expertise.

What we're looking for:

• 5-7 years of construction experience, preferably in stormwater infrastructure, underground utilities, concrete repair, or erosion control.
• Prior experience with repair and construction of stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, rebar and concrete finishing, underground piping and detention/retention basins.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and staff.
• Willingness to travel (85% of the time).
• Physically able to perform manual labor, lift 60 lbs., and work in confined spaces and various weather conditions.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and DOT requirements for pickups and equipment trailers.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• GED or High School Diploma.
