Job summary

Kimal is seeking a Team Leader Support to assist the Team Leader in managing the kitting team across our Bromsgrove and Worcester sites. You will help coordinate workflow, oversee stock and resources, and deputise during absences while driving safety, quality and timely delivery of products.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement, with responsibilities spanning training, performance monitoring and fostering a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Adaptable, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear and effective communicator with good teamwork.
• Computer literacy and solid Maths/English skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead Stores Operatives on a day-to-day basis.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality and housekeeping.
• Coordinate work between Bromsgrove and Worcester.
• Manage stock and materials to meet production requirements.
• Support training, process reviews and continuous improvement.
• Monitor performance and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Lead by example and promote a positive team environment.
