Job summary

Office Angels Limited is recruiting a Stores Person to join a friendly, close-knit team in a busy operation. The role focuses on accurate stock control, order processing and delivering reliable support across departments.

You will input orders, check deliveries, and liaise with suppliers to keep inventory at optimal levels. This hands-on position offers valuable experience and scope for a permanent opportunity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a stores, warehouse, or stock control environment.
• A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).
• Strong computer literacy and confidence using systems and data entry tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confidence in communicating with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Accurately inputting orders and maintaining data systems.
• Expediting stock and orders to ensure timely distribution.
• Receiving, checking, and booking in deliveries.
• Building strong relationships by liaising with internal departments.
• Communicating with suppliers via phone and email to manage orders and resolve queries.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory levels.
• Supporting overall stores operations to ensure efficiency and organisation at all times.
