Electrical Reliability Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Stores Personnel to join our team at the Campsie site in Derry/Londonderry. You will support inventory and logistics, ensuring accurate material handling and timely availability for ongoing projects.

In this role you will receive and issue materials, record transactions, organise stock in designated locations, and monitor movements to prevent shortages and delays. A proactive team player mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, material handling, or inventory control.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

Responsabilités

• Receive and issue materials, equipment, and other items in line with operational requirements.
• Accurately record inventory transactions using manual and digital systems.
• Organise and prepare all the necessary materials and equipment for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Monitor inventory movement and identify discrepancies through regular cycle counts and stock verification.
• Ensure all store materials are correctly identified, labelled, and stored in their designated locations.
• Manage outbound shipments, including documentation and coordination of pick-up with service providers.
• Assist in maintaining minimum stock levels for critical components to avoid production delays.
