Responsibilities

• Receive and issue materials and other items per operational requirements.
• Record inventory transactions using manual and digital systems.
• Organise and prepare materials and equipment for projects.
• Monitor inventory movement and perform cycle counts and stock verification.
• Ensure store materials are identified, labelled and stored correctly.
• Manage outbound shipments, including documentation and coordination with service providers.
• Assist in maintaining minimum stock levels for critical components.

Key responsibilities:

• Receive and issue materials, equipment, and other items in line with operational requirements.
• Accurately record inventory transactions using manual and digital systems.
• Organise and prepare all the necessary materials and equipment required for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Monitor inventory movement and identify discrepancies through regular cycle counts and stock verification.
• Ensure all store materials are correctly identified, labelled, and stored in their designated locations.
• Manage outbound shipments, including documentation and coordination of pick-up with service providers.
• Assist in maintaining minimum stock levels for critical components to avoid production delays.
