Red Bull Advanced Technologies in Milton Keynes is seeking a Stores Person to join our dynamic Parts Department at our new site close to campus. You will manage goods-in, stock storage and prepare items for dispatch across the supply chain.

Qualifications

Handling goods-in from suppliers and internal teams with accuracy.
Storing and organizing items within the Parts Department.
Picking and issuing items using system-based processes across supply chain areas.
Forklift operation after training and with a valid license.
Maintaining high accuracy and minimizing errors.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.
Willingness to work occasional unsociable hours to support the team.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and assets.

Responsibilities

Accurately process goods-in from suppliers and internal teams, ensuring system integrity and prompt resolution of discrepancies.

Job Description

Red Bull Advanced Technologies has an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Parts Department in a Stores Person role, situated at our new site close to campus.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process goods-in from suppliers and internal teams, ensuring system integrity and prompt resolution of discrepancies.
Processing and storing items within the Parts Department.
Picking & issuing items via the system-based methods to all supply chain areas, including preparation of items & paperwork for external shipping.
To use a forklift truck and other vehicles and equipment, after completion of the relevant training and holding of a recognised license, for the purposes of loading and unloading vehicles & equipment in compliance with Red Bull Technology Group’s Health and Safety procedures.
To ensure that any errors are kept to a minimum as attention to detail & a high level of accuracy are key to this role.
Computer literate and component to work within Microsoft office, ERP and MRP business systems.
Willingness to work occasional unsociable hours and support team goals.
To understand and respect the confidentiality of Company Intellectual Property, Assets, Procedures and Operational Structure always.
To always work in a professional manner, be pro-active in promoting a positive image for the department & wider team in line with the company handbook.
