Job summary

Red Bull Advanced Technologies is seeking a detail‑oriented Stores Person for our new site near Milton Keynes. You will process goods-in, store items, and issue picks across all supply chain areas using ERP/MRP systems, ensuring accuracy and efficient paperwork for shipping.

The role requires operating a forklift after training and maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism within the department and wider team.

Qualifications

• Accurately process goods-in and resolve discrepancies.
• Experience with storing and handling materials in a stores/inventory role.
• Forklift license required after training (on-site).
• Proactive and accurate with high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process goods-in from suppliers and internal teams with system integrity.
• Process and store items within the Parts Department.
• Pick and issue items using ERP/MRP systems for all supply chain areas.

Red Bull Advanced Technologies has an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Parts Department in a Stores Person role, situated at our new site close to campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process goods-in from suppliers and internal teams, ensuring system integrity and prompt resolution of discrepancies.
• Processing and storing items within the Parts Department.
• Picking & issuing items via the system-based methods to all supply chain areas, including preparation of items & paperwork for external shipping.
• To use a forklift truck and other vehicles and equipment, after completion of the relevant training and holding of a recognised license, for the purposes of loading and unloading vehicles & equipment in compliance with Red Bull Technology Group’s Health and Safety procedures.
• To ensure that any errors are kept to a minimum as attention to detail & a high level of accuracy are key to this role.

Key Competencies:

• Computer literate and component to work within Microsoft office, ERP and MRP business systems.
• Willingness to work occasional unsociable hours and support team goals.
• To understand and respect the confidentiality of Company Intellectual Property, Assets, Procedures and Operational Structure always.
• To always work in a professional manner, be pro-active in promoting a positive image for the department & wider team in line with the company handbook.
