Job summary

CDE Group is seeking a warehouse stores operator to ensure control and efficient management of all materials and parts in the stores area. The role requires basic warehousing experience, strong organisation, and the ability to work as part of a team while following safety procedures.

Responsibilities include goods inwards, stock management, despatch, and maintaining 5S standards. The candidate should be flexible with hours and able to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
• Proven organisational skills to plan, organise and control daily workload
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised or in a team

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies at all times
• Goods inwards – unload, verify paperwork and quality
• Stock management and storage in stores area
• Despatch – pick goods for fabrication, site, assembly or spares
• Maintain 5S standards and identify improvements
• Ensure equipment is set up safely and that safety devices are used
• Stock counting and routine stock checks
• Carry out other duties within capability
