ABM is seeking a diligent Stores Operative in Barking to manage inventory, maintain stock accuracy, and support daily warehouse operations. The role focuses on receiving goods, stock checks, and timely order fulfilment within a structured environment.

Ideal candidates will have warehouse experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work well in a team. The position is based on-site with comprehensive benefits provided by ABM.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods.

• Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and safe.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if applicable).
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of inventory reports.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits.
• Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and safe.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if applicable).

• Assist in the preparation of inventory reports.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment is preferred.

• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items.
