Job summary

Orion Electrotech in Fareham is seeking a Stores Person / Warehouse Operative on a 10-month contract, with an immediate start. The role involves receiving, storing and assisting dispatch, with physical work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in manufacturing is beneficial; good communication and computer literacy are required. The rate is £15.40 PAYE/hr rising to £15.88 after 12 weeks, with hours 07:30-16:15 Mon-Thu and 07:30-11:30 Fri.

Duration: 10 months, Immediate start available

Rate: £15.40 PAYE per hour rising to £15.88 PAYE per hour after 12 weeks

Hours: 07:30-16:15, Monday-Thursday; 07:30-11:30 Friday

To be considered for this role, the appointed Stores Person will have the following skills and Experience:

• Stores / warehouse experience
• Experience of working in a manufacturing/production environment (although not essential)
• The role will be an active role with lots of moving of products around the stores area, so you will need to be physically fit and happy to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication abilities and computer literate
