Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a proactive Stores & Materials Coordinator to support depot operations in Goole, blending warehouse tasks, stock control, administration and material management within a busy rail engineering environment. The role is approximately 50% physical stock handling and 50% systems administration, using MMS, SAP and Power Apps to keep records accurate and replenish stock as needed.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 6:30am–3:30pm, ASAP start, initial 6-month contract with growth

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in stores, materials, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments.
• Proficient with stock and materials transactions in computer systems.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to carry out physical material handling safely.

Responsibilities

• Carry out goods receipt, goods issue, and consumption transactions.
• Manage daily stock movements and material handling activities.
• Perform stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory adjustments.
• Monitor stock levels and request replenishments where required.
• Support NCR (Non-Conformance Report) processes by arranging returns to suppliers for warranty claims.
• Coordinate transport movements between depots and suppliers.
• Ensure materials are stored, handled, and recorded correctly.
• Process stock transactions using MMS systems and SAP.
• Use Power Apps to arrange transportation and support operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and inventory data.
• Support wider depot administration and logistics activities.
